Lady who is at front desk is not welcoming at all. She tends to favor who she speaks too there have been a handful of times that I didn't receive a greeting when I arrived let alone eye contact. She also discriminates when monitoring the items people can get. I've seen others get all that they want then she will reprimand others for taking too much! This is very saddening!!!!
Never ever had a bad experience. They are all so welcoming and helpful. My son enjoys going there on our very few appointments. They're so patient too and really take the time to explain things in person or on the phone. These are people you can see clearly love what they do and are great at it.
These people are wonderful, and truly have their customer's back and their best interest at heart. They go out of their way to make sure you get everything available for assistance/aid, even if you don't know what service or product you are eligible for. Love meeting people like these and recommend their services and expertise to anyone in need. God Bless and thanks for what you guys do!
